Board Member since 2021

Frank has over 20 years of executive management experience as an Essex County Sheriff where he managed a correctional facility and sheriff’s department in Massachusetts.  He has been a State Representative, and a Newburyport City Councilor.  He served as President of the Greater Newburyport Chamber of Commerce and Industry. 

Frank grew up in Newburyport and attended Springfield College, receiving a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree, both in Criminal Justice.  

Frank previously served on the Advisory Board of Community Service of Newburyport.
